OUR COLOMBIAN BEANS — Huila Region

Huila is one of Colombia's most celebrated coffee-growing regions, and for good reason. Nestled in the Andes at elevations between 1,400 and 2,000 MASL, the smallholder farmers here have spent generations perfecting their craft. Sin Prisa is sourced from multiple producers across the region — each contributing to a lot that is cupped, evaluated, and selected for its remarkable consistency and depth.

The varieties — Castillo and Caturra — are known for their resilience and their flavor, grown by families for whom coffee isn't just a crop. It's a legacy.
