Hola is a Latina-owned specialty coffee brand and neighborhood café in Minneapolis, Minnesota, founded by Vanessa Palestino, a second-generation Mexican American.
The coffees Hola roasts and serves are ethically sourced from micro-farmers in Latinoamérica, each with its own character, each an invitation to connect.
A casita in the neighborhood
Our café opened in September 2024. Since then, Hola has been a place to gather, catch up, and make space for the people around us.
From run and walk club meetups to fitness events in our parking lot, Hola brings our neighbors together beyond the coffee bar. Our Coffee House DJ dance parties keep us moving inside the café, even in the middle of a bitter Minnesota winter.
