Our promise to you

If you don't love your first bag of Hola Coffee, we want to make it right.

Reach out within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll either send a different roast on the house OR refund your purchase. Just tell us what didn't work so we can do better.

How to use it

  1. Email us at hello@holacoffeempls.com within 14 days of delivery
  2. Tell us what bag you ordered and what didn't land for you
  3. Choose: replacement bag OR refund
  4. We process it within 2 business days

What this covers

Your first order with Hola Coffee. We want you to discover the roast that fits your morning, and we know our coffee is for people who care where it comes from. If we missed the mark, we'll do better.

What this doesn't cover

  • Multi-bag bulk orders (anything over 10 lbs total)
  • Wholesale orders
  • Subscription orders past the first delivery (you can pause or cancel anytime in your account)
  • Bags that have been more than half consumed (we trust you, but we can't replace what's been brewed)

Why we do this

Coffee is personal. Taste is personal. We'd rather lose a bag's worth of margin than have you stuck with coffee that doesn't work for you.

We're a Latina-owned brand sourcing from verified family co-ops in Colombia, Guatemala, and Peru. We make this guarantee because that's how a real specialty coffee brand should operate. No fine print. No hassle. Just a real promise from a real person.
