Shipping Policy
We ship Hola Coffee across the United States from our roastery in Northeast Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Processing time Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. We roast in small batches, so occasionally during high-volume periods (around holidays or product launches), processing may take an additional 1-2 days. We'll always communicate any delays.
Shipping carriers and methods We ship via UPS and USPS, depending on the destination and order size. You'll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.
Estimated delivery times
- Standard shipping: 3-7 business days within the continental U.S.
- We do not currently ship to: Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico
- We do not currently ship internationally
Shipping rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.
Address accuracy Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to reroute packages once they've shipped, and we can't refund orders that are returned to us due to incorrect addresses.
Lost or delayed packages If your tracking hasn't updated in 5+ business days or your package shows delivered but hasn't arrived, please contact us at hello@holacoffeempls.com. We'll work with the carrier to locate your order.
Local pickup Local to the Twin Cities? You can also pick up your order at our cafe in Northeast Minneapolis at no shipping cost. Select "local pickup" at checkout. Our local pick up address is: 326 Central Avenue SE, Minneapolis, MN 55414
